These terms govern use of this website and initial panel application. They are not a director appointment agreement.

No guarantee

Submitting an application does not guarantee progression, KYC invitation, panel membership, matching, appointment, payment, renewal or any business opportunity.

Not employment

The application process does not create employment, worker status, partnership, agency or salary entitlement.

Truthful information

Applicants must provide accurate information and promptly correct material changes. False, incomplete or misleading submissions may be rejected or closed.

Compliance checks

If your application progresses, identity, address, AML, sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks may be required before any formal appointment is discussed.

Director duties

Any future appointment is governed by separate written documents. Private agreements do not remove statutory duties under UK company law.
