Privacy information
Privacy information is not yet complete.
This page records material information gaps. It is not a complete privacy notice and must not be used as evidence that data-protection obligations have been satisfied.
What is paused now.
- The public application page has no application form.
- The public upload page has no file input or submission action.
- The public referral page does not collect another person's details.
- Do not send identity, address, banking or third-party contact data through an old route.
What this review did not verify.
- The legal identity and contact details of the data controller.
- The purpose and Article 6 lawful basis for each processing activity.
- Processors, recipients, hosting location or international transfers.
- Category-specific retention and deletion periods.
- Access controls, encryption, logging, backups, testing or incident response.
- A verified rights-request, complaint or breach-contact channel.
- Whether any ICO registration or fee obligation applies.
No-form does not mean no processing.
This content review did not establish what web-server logs, analytics, cookies or infrastructure records may exist. Do not infer that the absence of public forms means that no personal data is processed.
What a complete notice must explain before reopening.
A future privacy notice should identify the controller and contact route, the data and its source, each purpose and lawful basis, recipients and processors, international-transfer safeguards, retention by category, individual rights, complaint route, automated decision-making and any specific AML or Companies House record obligations.
High-risk documents such as passports, selfies, proof of address and bank statements also require a necessity and data-minimisation assessment, less intrusive alternatives, redaction guidance and verified handling controls.
